I recognize, and hereby expressly assume all risks, and am participating in this event upon the express agreement and understanding that I am hereby waiving and releasing the Cancer Community Center, Pineland Farms, Boulos Property Management and the October Corporation (the landowner) its agents and representatives, from any and all claims which may accrue to me, my heirs, my guardians, administrators, executors, or assignees, including my attorney’s fees and courts (collectively “claims”) arising out of, or in connection with, my participating in the “Hit the Trails Walk, Run or Stroll" any illness resulting there from. I also grant permission to the Cancer Community Center and its authorized agents to use my name, photograph, videotapes, and any other records of my participation in this event.
